My journey began with the pandemic as with many of us. I am an emotional eater and love sweets. I had gained a significant amount of weight. The wake up call was when someone said to me: pull up two chairs instead of one. Wow, that was the motivation and determination I needed. I contacted Jessica before the holidays and we discussed a plan. I committed to five months of training. Jessica explained exactly what I needed to do from healthy choices to cardio and weight lifting. She also said to have patience because I didn’t gain the weight overnight and it will take time to lose it. I love that when I train with Jessica we can connect on another level not just a trainer and client but a friendship. We can laugh and also be serious when it’s needed. Well five months into this and I have dropped 25 pounds and have become very toned. I have my self confidence back. She has been a great motivator and inspired me beyond words. She taught me a lot about mindset and keeping a positive attitude and for that I am extremely grateful. Jessica is the best trainer I have met and I highly recommend her.
I was introduced to Jess by one of my best friends Who was currently training with her .
I needed to change up my current workout routine to see better results . The first week I was so sore (good sore) as she introduced workouts I didn’t even know existed. She pushes me, motivates me, is professional, but most importantly she makes the workout FUN. Every work out is new so I never know what to expect. Her energy and passion is so contagious and addictive.

Jessica is serious about her job but also makes training fun. I needed to work with someone who respects my lifestyle without imposing undue restrictions/expectations. She sets a program that works with your personal lifestyle and while she will make suggestions, she isn’t the type of trainer who tells you to spend hours doing cardio, stop drinking, and starve yourself. Jessica approaches her training in an intelligent and genuinely informed/experienced way… she truly knows her stuff and is a fabulous motivator.
As we know, fitness is a lifestyle. If you need help getting on (or back on) that horse, I highly recommend working with Jessica. After a few weeks with her, you won’t want to miss a session because you start seeing results and feeling better. It’s the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time!
